M.Ed. in Earth Sciences Course Calendar

The program comprises courses from Penn State's College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, Eberly College of Science, and the College of Education. Due to the flexible nature of online course offerings, no single schedule is used for all courses. Most courses follow Penn State's traditional semester schedule (15-week Fall and Spring semesters and a 12-week Summer semester); however, some courses are offered four times a year (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall) in a 10-week format. Likewise, most of the courses in this program begin and end on the University's published schedule dates, while others follow a set of "custom" dates.

Confused? This page is designed to help by providing information about the overall schedule of our course offerings, as well as specific course date information. If questions remain after reviewing this page, please contact Penn State World Campus at 1-800-252-3592 or psuwd@psu.edu.

Schedule of Course Offerings

The table below indicates when a particular course will be offered. It is strongly recommended that students take only one course at a time while working full-time.
